上海地区临床医学工程人员情况调查与培训需求分析

摘　　要：目的调查上海地区临床医学工程人员的基本情况和培训需求,为医学工程人员的继续教育和培训管理提供建议。方法采用问卷调查的方法,从年龄、学历、职称几个方面了解和分析上海地区医工人员基本情况及培训需求。结果调查上海地区62家医疗单位366位医工人员,平均年龄38.2岁,学历以大专和本科为主,占83.06%。职称以初级职称为主,占44.26%,医工人员对各类培训的需求非常强烈,特别是设备和耗材管理、信息技术、影像技术和急救技术等方面。结论医工人员学历和职称偏低,培训需求较大,需要健全职称晋升体系和继续教育培训体系,开展各类培训,以推进医工学科发展。Objective To investigate and analyse the status and training needs of clinic medical engineers in Shanghai to provide some suggestions for continuing education and management of medical engineers. Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate age, education background, professional title and training needs of medical engineers in Shanghai. Results 366 medical engineers of 62 hospitals in Shanghai were investigated. The average age of 366 medical engineers was 38.5, the education backgrounds were mainly undergraduate degree and junior college degree, accounted for 83.06%. Professional titles are mainly primary professional title, accounted for 44.26%. It has strong needs for various knowledge and skill training of medical engineering, especially in equipment and consumables management, information technology, radiation imaging technology and first aid technology. Conclusion The education background and professional title of medical engineers are low. They have much more demand for training. It is necessary to construct the professional title upgrading system and continuing education training system for medical engineers, and develop diversified training to promote the discipline development of medical engineering.
