摘　　要：目的探讨改良森田疗法治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法将130例抑郁症住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组各65例,观察组予以改良森田疗法治疗,对照组予以常规药物疗法和一般护理,在治疗前和治疗后2,4,8周末用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效。结果两组好转率和HAMD减分率,治疗后与治疗前比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而且两组之间也有显著的差异(χ2=4.1886,P<0.05)。结论改良的森田疗法对抑郁症有效,显效率明显提高。Objective To explore the effect of modified Morita therapy on patients with depression. Methods A total of 130 in- patients with depression were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 65 cases in each group,the observation group took modified Morita therapy,the control group took routine drug therapy and general care,before and after 2 --, 4--, 8--week treatment, using Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）to assess efficacy. Results Improvement rate and HAMD reduction rates of two groups were significant between before and after treatment（P〈0.05）,and there was significant difference between two groups（X2=4. 1886,P（0.05）. Conclusion Modified Morita therapy is effective to depression,which has the higher curative effect rate.
