奥扎格雷钠联合长春西汀注射液治疗急性脑梗死的荟萃分析  

Therapeutic effect and safety of ozagrel sodium injection combined with vinpocetine injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction:a meta analysis

摘　　要：目的应用荟萃分析的方法评价奥扎格雷钠联合长春西汀注射液在急性脑梗死治疗中的疗效及安全性。方法在国内外多个数据库中检索1989至2012年间已经公开发表的关于奥扎格雷钠联合长春西汀注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床随机对照试验的有关文献,筛选后摘录数据并运用Review Manager 5.1.7软件统计分析相关数据。结果经筛选后共有10项研究符合设定的纳入标准。分析结果显示,奥扎格雷钠联合长春西汀注射液治疗急性脑梗死的神经功能缺损临床疗效比值比(OR)合并值为3.27(95%可信区间为2.32～4.60)。神经功能缺损评分疗效加权均数差(WMD)合并值为-2.98(95%可信区间为-3.68～-2.27)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合长春西汀注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效确切,且相对安全,可较好地改善患者的临床症状。Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of ozagrel sodium injection combined with vinpocetine injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction（ACI） with meta-analysis method. Methods The liter-atures related to randomized and controlled trials about vinpocetine injection combined with ozagrel sodium injection for the treatment of ACI published from 1989-2012 were collected from the databases at home and abroad, and after screening data accord with the criterion, the data were analyzed with Review Manager 5.1.7 software. Results After screening, there were 10 literatures accord with the chosen criterion. The results showed that the pooled OR of clini-cal efficacy on neurological impairment of vinpocetine injection combined with ozagrel sodium injection for treating ACI was 3.27 （ 95 % CI： 2.32 to 4.60 ）, and the pooled weighted mean difference （WMD） of its efficacy on neurologi-cal impairment score was - 2.98 （95% CI： - 3.68 to - 2.27）. Conclusion The result of meta-analysis shows that vinpocetine injection combined with ozagrel sodium injection for treating ACI is effective and safe, and it can obvious-ly improve the clinical symptom of ACI patients.
