摘　　要：羞怯是一种常见的心理体验,但过度羞怯会给儿童身心健康发展带来负性影响。由于经济社会的快速发展,羞怯儿童在社会适应方面的问题日益突出,对羞怯儿童进行心理干预也显得尤为迫切。文章在对羞怯及相关问题进行梳理的基础上,阐述了羞怯干预的几种基本心理行为技术,并结合相关研究对该领域存在的问题和未来发展方向进行了简要评述。Shyness is a common psychological experience. However, excessive shyness has a negative effect on children＇s mental and physical health. With the rapid development of economy and society, shy children show increasingly noticeable difficulties in social adjustment, and psychological interventions in the problems of shy children becomes more urgent. Based on the review of issues involving the study of shyness, this study explains psychological behavior technologies related to the intervention of children＇s shyness, and puts forward the prob- lems in the research area and future trends.
