摘　　要：目的:探讨粘连性肠梗阻的多层螺旋CT诊断价值。方法:行多层螺旋CT扫描检查粘连性肠梗阻患者19例,总结粘连性肠梗阻的MSCT表现。结果:上述19例,CT均能发现腹腔内粘连及肠梗阻表现。结论:多层螺旋CT能发现腹腔内粘连及肠梗阻,对粘连性肠梗阻有重要临床价值。Objective：Investigate the adhesive ileus diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT. Method ： Analyzing 19 cases of intestinal obstruction cases of muhisliee spiral CT scan in 2006- 2012 retrospectively,summa- rize adhesive ileus MSCT performance. Re- sult：Intra- abdominal adhesions and intes- tinal obstruction could be found by CT scan in these 19 cases. Conclusion：It is important in the intestinal obstruction clinical diagnose that the intra- abdominal adhesions and in- testinal obstruction can be found by the mul- tislice spiral CT.
