摘　　要：女性垂体泌乳素腺瘤是颅内常见的肿瘤之一,一般采用口服多巴胺受体激动剂或手术治疗。垂体微腺瘤的反向治疗法是指与常规治疗法相反的理论。本文论述了女性垂体泌乳素微腺瘤的反向治疗法及其临床应用。结果:本方案在疗效、不良事件及复发率上明显优于口服多巴胺受体激动剂组。是一套行之有效且优于现代通用普通疗法的治疗方案。the female pituitary prolactinoma is one of common intraeranial tumor, generally using oral dopamine agonists or operation treatment. Pituitary microadenoma treated with reverse refers to the method of conventional treatment contrary theory. This paper discusses the female pituitary reverse treatment method and its clinical application. The results of this scheme in the curative effect. Adverse events and the recurrence rate is obviously better than oral dopamine agonists of group. Is a set of effective and better than the modern generic therapy treatment options.
