摘 要:深圳市纯水岸十五期2号楼B座为多项不规则的超限高层住宅建筑,采用部分框支剪力墙结构体系。介绍了其工程特点和结构超限情况,并针对结构多项超限问题,从结构整体和构件层次方面提出了性能化设计的控制指标,采取了调整结构刚度、在外伸部分结构端部增设加厚剪力墙、对薄弱部位楼板按应力分析结果校核配筋等加强措施。通过对结构进行罕遇地震下动力弹塑性分析,其结果表明能实现预定的抗震性能目标,满足"小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒"的三水准抗震设防要求。Block B, building No. 2 of the fifteenth-phase Chunshuian project is a high-rise building beyond the design limits with multi-asymmetries and is designed with partial frame-supported shear wall structural system. Its engineering characteristics and issues beyond the design code limits are introduced, and the controlling index on the optimal performance design is proposed for both global structure and components. The shear wall at the end of extended structural components is thickened, and the reinforcement at the weak floors is checked based on the stress analysis results. Based on the structural dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquakes, the optimal design shows that the building can satisfy the performance-based design requirements under seismic loadings, that is, a three-level seismic design with the structure not broken under minor earthquakes, repairable under medium earthquakes and not collapsed under rare earthquakes.
