摘　　要：在基于知识与学习的新竞争范式下,技术多元化作为一类促进企业创新发展的新型技术战略,具有重要的管理价值,技术多元化与企业竞争优势的关系成为近20年来创新研究领域的重要方向。文章从技术多元化的概念、动因及模式出发,对技术多元化与企业竞争优势关系的理论、方法和实证研究的情况进行了述评,并指出了现有研究对管理实践的启示、存在的不足以及未来的研究方向。In the context of new competition paradigm based on knowledge and learning, more and more people have recognized the important management value of technological diversification for promoting firm＇ s innovation. How technological diversification impacts on firm＇ s competitive advantages has become an important research direction in the last 20 years. The concept, motiva- tion, and mode of technological diversification are elaborated, and then the relationship between technological diversification and enterprise competitive advantages is reviewed from the perspective of theory, method, and empirical research. In the end, the in-spiration of existing research on management practice, the shortcomings of existing research, and the future direction of related research are proposed.
