摘  要:采用溶剂提取法从污毛粗叶木果实中提取低极性化学成分,并用气相色谱-质谱仪对果实中的低极性化学成分进行分离和鉴定,同时用面积归一法测定了各成分的相对百分含量。通过分析鉴定,确认了29种成分,占果实中低极性化学成分的82.57%,其主要成分为十六烷(6.63%)、二十碳五烯酸(5.25%)、十八碳烷(6.10%)、维生素E(7.61%)、硬脂酸甲酯(5.18%)。所鉴定的化合物多为该种植物中首次发现,为污毛粗叶木的进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。The low-polarity chemical constituents were extracted from the fruit of L. hartii by solvent extract and were isolated and identified by GC-MS method. The relative contents of the chemical constituents were determined by area normalization method. 29 compounds were detected and identified which accounted for 82.57% of total low- polarity chemical constituents. The main low- polarity chemical constituents were: Hexadecane (6.63%), Ficosane (5.25%),Octadecane (6.10%),Vitamin E (7.61%),Octadecanoic acid methyl ester (5.18%). Most compounds were found for the first time in this plant, which provided further evidence to exploit and uti- lize L. hartii.
