摘 要:目的在动物实验中建立下颌骨截骨术的增强现实导航系统。方法随机选取10只比格犬,经CT扫描、牙模制作和激光三维扫描,分别建立CT三维数据来源的数字模型和激光三维数据来源的数字模型(简称CT模型和激光模型),将两种数字模型在图形工作站中打开,根据牙尖标志点进行拟合,将拟合信息叠加到比格犬的下颌骨上,进行增强现实导航的下颌骨截骨手术。结果CT模型可重建骨组织,激光模型能迅速、精确地完成牙齿信息的三维重建,通过拟合可制作出截骨方案的增强现实模型,并能用于导航动物的下颌骨截骨术。结论通过CT扫描、牙模制作和激光三维扫描建立的下颌骨截骨术的增强现实导航系统,可以准确应用于动物实验,对其临床操作具有极好的指导价值。Objective To establish an effective augmented reality (AR) system for mandible osteotomy in animal experiments. Methods Ten Beagle dogs were selected in random. The figure model was established by CT scan, dental mold making and laser passing. The two models were opened in the photo station at the same time and then fitting was done according to the dental landmark points. Results By fitting, the precise 3D information can form augmented reality model and then guide mandible osteotomy in animal experiments. Conclusion The augmented reality system established by the information from CT scan, dental mold making and laser passing could be applied to mandible osteotomy in animal experiments. It is more valuable in clinical operations.
