摘　　要：论述自动化冲压生产线项目的各个阶段的一般工作方法,探讨项目推进过程中常见问题及一般解决方法,并使用这些方法使得整个项目的时间要求、预算成本、变更率、项目期望都得到了有效实现,较好的完成了项目工作。Discusses the general method of automatic press line at all stages of the project, and promote the common issues and general solution process of project, and use these methods to make the required entire project time, budget costs, rate of changes, the project expectations have been all effectively achieved, and the project has been well completed.
