肺癌患者术前和术后6-异前列腺素F1α的含量变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测肺癌患者术前及术后血清中6-异前列腺素F1α(6-k-PGF1α)的含量变化,初步探讨其与肺癌发生发展的关系。方法采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测2009年6月至2012年6月在我院确诊为肺癌的54例患者(发生转移的28例,未发生转移的26例)血清6-k-PGF1α的表达水平并与健康者(25例)血清中的表达水平进行比较,分析并探讨血清6-k-PGF1α与肺癌的关系。结果①手术前:肺癌患者(包括发生转移和未发生转移组)血清中6-k-PGF1α的含量均明显高于健康组(P<0.05);肺癌发生转移组患者血清中6-k-PGF1α的含量明显高肺癌未发生转移组(P<0.05);②手术后肺癌未发生转移组患者和肺癌发生转移组患者血清6-k-PGF1α含量,以及健康组血清6-k-PGF1α含量两两比较均无明显统计学差异(P>0.05);③手术前后比较:手术后肺癌未发生转移组患者和肺癌发生转移组患者血清中6-k-PGF1α的含量均分别低于术前(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者血清中6-k-PGF1α的含量明显高于健康组;术后血清中6-k-PGF1α的含量明显降低,其与肺癌的发生及恶性程度存在着一定的相关性。Objective To investigate the expression of 6-k-PGF1α in serum of patients with lung cancer, and explore the relationship between 6-k-PGF1α in serum and the tumor development. Methods 54 patients with lung cancer （including 28 cases of metastasis, 26 cases without metastasis） in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2012, and 25 healthy people were selected in this study. All cases received the detection of the expression level of 6-k-PGF1α in serum by the ELISA method, and the differences between pulmonary carcinoma patients and healthy people were compared. The relationship between the serum 6-k-PGFla and the lung cancer was analyzed. Results ①Before surgery： Expression of 6-k-POF1α in lung cancer patients was significantly higher than that in healthy people （P 〈0.05）; Expression of 6-k-PGFla in patients with lung cancer metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without lung cancer metastasis （P〈0.05）; ② After surgery： There were no significant differences of 6-k-PGF1α expression among patients with lung cancer metastasis, patients without lung cancer metastasis and healthy people （pairwise comparison, P〈0.05）. ③Comparison between preoperation and postoperation： The level of 6-k-PGFla in with or without lung cancer metastasis both decreased significantly after surgery when compared to that before surgery （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions 6-k-PGFla expression in patients with lung cancer is higher than that in healthy people and 6-k-PGF1α level are attenuated obviously after operation which may be related to the degree of malignancy of lung cancer.
