摘 要:目的:了解不同类型的患方群体对医疗费用影响医患关系认识的区别,从医疗收费服务角度提出构建医患和谐关系建议。方法:对北京市某三甲医院患者及其家属发放问卷调查,利用spss13.0软件对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:不同医疗费用支付能力患方人群对医疗费用影响医患关系的认识无显著差异性,但患者本人、患者家属、患者同事朋友对医疗费用影响医患关系的认识有统计学区别。结论:医疗费用问题之根本不在于医疗费用本身的昂贵而在于收费的诚信问题。针对此,应该从医院管理角度加强诚信服务,做到医患沟通涵盖详实的医疗费用知情选择与同意。同时,除了注重与患者本人沟通费用情况外,更需要注重与患者直系家属充分沟通。Objective To study the different awareness of influence of medical expenditure on doctor-patient relationship from different groups of patients, and put forward suggestions on developing harmonious doctor-patient patients. Methods Patients and their families from one grade three and first-class hospital in Beijing were surveyed with questionnaires. And the result was ana- lyzed with statistical software of SPSS 13.0. Results There had no significantly different awareness of influence of medical expend- iture on doctor-patient relationship among different groups of patients with different affordability. But significant differences were observed among the patients, their families and their colleagues and friends. Conclusion The problem of medical expenditure resul- ted from its integrity, not the prices. In order to improve doctor-patient relationship, some countermeasures should be put forward, such as strengthening hospitals' honest service, implementing informed selection and consent, and communicating with patients and their families.
