摘  要:该文提出了基于影响函数方法的新多辊轧机辊系弹性变形快速计算方法。该文分析了传统影响函数法在多辊轧机计算中的不足,构造了多辊轧机辊系变形计算的矩阵迭代方法,该方法计算量小且精度高,适用于任意类型的多辊轧机。该文针对森吉米尔轧机给出了该方法中整体刚度矩阵的构成方法,分析了整体刚度矩阵的特点,并列出了详细的迭代计算流程。通过与不同工况的有限元结果对比,验证了该方法的可靠性。A new fast calculation method is proposed based on the influence function method for the elastic deformation of multi-roll mill. The shortcoming of the traditional influence function method is analyzed and the new matrix iteration method (MIM) is developed for the deformation calculation of multi-roll rolling mill system. The method offers significant improvements in accuracy, robustness and calculation workload, which is suitable for any type of multi-roll mill. According to MIM, the assembly stiffness matrix of Sendzimir mill is given and the characteristics of the stiffness matrix are discussed, then the iterative calculation process is listed. Roll system deformation model of Sendzimir mill is built by FEM software and the results of both MIM and FEM are compared with different work conditions. The comparison of the roll displacement verifies the reliability of MIM.
