摘 要:农用车负载重,行驶路况差,其传动系统中的十字轴频繁承受瞬时冲击载荷,因其强度达不到要求,在轴颈处可能发生断裂失效,直接影响农用车的使用安全。为此,针对四轮农用车用WSD4型十字轴,在ABAQUS中建立其有限元模型,计算出工作面的载荷,施加载荷及边界约束,得到应力和变形的云图。通过对应力云图的分析,得到十字轴强度薄弱的区域,并提出改进意见。结构优化后的十字轴,其安全系数有所提高,使用寿命得到延长。Exposed to heavy load and poor road conditions,the cross axle in agricultural vehicle's transmission endures impact load extensively.Fracture failure occurred in its journal sometimes can be attributable to its low yield strength,and the failure will affect the vehicle's security directly.The type of WSD4 cross axle,used in four-wheel farm vehicle,is discussed in this thesis,and its finite element model is built in ABAQUS software,from which,the load and the constraint conditions are applied,and the plot contours of stress and deformation is obtained.Through the analysis of the plot contours,the region of low yield strength is found out.Finally the improvement of structural optimization is put forward to increase the coefficient of safety and lengthen its service life.
