黛力新联合百忧解在治疗功能性消化不良中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨抗抑郁药治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效和安全性。方法:将72例病程>1年功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组,治疗组(42例),应用程序相结合的治疗加抗抑郁药治疗的基础上,对照组;30箱子对照组,应用于常规治疗抗酸剂和(或)促动力药,治疗时间为4周。结果:经过4周的治疗后,两组的显着效率分别为69%(29例),47%(14例)患者在对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规药物治疗结合抗抑郁药物的有效治疗FD,且不良反应少而轻。Objective： To study the antidepressant drug treatment of functional dyspepsia （FD） safety and efficacy. Methods：72 cases of course 〉 1 years of functional dyspepsia patients, randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 42 cases in the control group, the application of treatment on the basis of combination treatment with an- tidepressants, Control group 30 cases, the application of conventional medical treatment or acid medicine and （or） pro- mote stomach power medicine, treatment time are for 4 weeks. Results ：4 weeks after treatment way two significant effi- ciency was 69% （29 cases）, 47% （ 14 cases） ; Two groups of patients were compared with differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions： Conventional medical treatment combined application of antidepressant drugs can effectively treat FD, and fewer side effects and light.
