摘　　要：目的:观察格鲁玛脱敏剂(Gluma)用于改善活髓基牙全冠修复牙体预备后敏感症状的效果。方法:采取自身配对设计,将因单颗前牙缺失,需要做固定桥修复的患者对应位置上的没有明显移位的46颗基牙随机分为对照组和试验组,试验组用格鲁玛脱敏剂(Gluma)治疗,对照组采用蒸馏水作为安慰剂。结果:经检测,试验组的23颗活髓基牙敏感程度大大降低,有效率100%;对照组的23颗活髓基牙敏感程度无变化。结论:格鲁玛脱敏剂(Gluma)虽不能彻底治愈敏感症状,却可以有效缓解患者的不适。Objective：Observation of gluma desensitizer desensitizing agent （Gluma） are used to improve vital abutment Crown restoration effects of sensitivity after tooth preparation. Methods ： Their paired design, On each corresponding loca- tion in patients with no significant displacement of tooth 46 were randomly assigned to the control group and group, Pilot group with gluma desensitizer desensitizing agent （Gluma） treatment control group using distilled water as placebo. Results：After the examination, the 23 vital base tooth sensitivity of the contrasts greatly reduced, efficient 100% ; the control group 23 vital base tooth sensitivity of no change. Conclusions：Gluma desensitizer desensitizing agent （Gluma） Although not completely heal sensitive symptoms, it can effectively alleviate patient discomfort.
