摘 要:为探讨不同储存时间的玉米对肉鸡血清抗氧化功能的影响,试验选取1日龄雌性科宝肉仔鸡168只,随机分为6组(每组7个重复,每个重复4只),分别饲喂由6种不同储存时间的玉米配制的试验饲粮,玉米储存时间分别为0(当年收获的玉米)、1、2、3、4、5年(以下简称0年组、1年组、2年组、3年组、4年组、5年组),试验期42 d。检测肉鸡21日龄和42日龄时血清抗氧化指标。结果表明:1)21日龄时,0年组、1年组、2年组肉鸡血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于5年组(P<0.05);0年组、1年组、2年组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著高于3年组、4年组、5年组(P<0.05);4年组、5年组血清维生素E含量极显著低于0年组(P<0.01)且显著低于1年组、2年组、3年组(P<0.05);各组间血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及维生素C含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)42日龄时,0年组血清T-AOC极显著高于其他组(P<0.01);血清M DA含量极显著低于其他组(P<0.01);0年组血清GSH-Px活性极显著高于其他组(P<0.01);0年组血清T-SOD活性显著高于4年组、5年组(P<0.05);各组间血清维生素C和维生素E的含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可知,饲喂长期储存的玉米会降低肉鸡血清抗氧化功能。The study was conducted to determine the effects of corn at different storage periods on serum an- tioxidant function of broilers. One hundred and sixty-eight one-day-old Cobb broiler chickens were randomly divided into 6 groups with 7 replicates per group and 4 chickens per replicate. The storage time of corn was 0 ( the year when corn was harvested), 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 years for each group ( abbreviated as 0 year group, 1 year group, 2 year group, 3 year group, 4 year group and 5 year group), respectively. The trial lasted for 42 days. Serum antioxidant indices of broilers were tested at 21 and 42 days of age. The results showed as fol- lows : 1 ) at 21 days of age, serum malonaldehyde (MDA) content of 0, 1 and 2 year groups was significantly lower than that of 5 year group ( P 〈 0.05 ), serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and total superoxide dis- mutase (T-SOD) activities of 0, 1 and 2 years were significantly higher than those of 3, 4 and 5 year groups ( P 〈 0.05), and serum vitamin E content of 4 and 5 year groups was significantly lower than that of 0 ( P 〈 0.01 ) , 1 ( P 〈 0.05) , 2 ( P 〈 0.05 ) and 3 year groups ( P 〈 0.05). There were no significant differences in total antioxidant capability (T-AOC) and vitamin C content among different groups (P 〉 0.05 ). 2 ) At 42 days of age, compared with 0 year group, serum T-AOC and GSH-Px activity of the other groups were signifi- cantly decreased (P 〈 0.01 ), and serum MDA content was significantly increased ( P 〈 0.01 ). Serum T- SOD activity of 0 year group was significantly higher than that of 4 and 5 year groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significant differences in serum vitamin C and vitamin E contents among different groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). In conclusion, corn with longer storage time decreases serum antioxidant function of broilers.
