摘  要:肿瘤是一种细胞周期调控异常性疾病。细胞S期激酶相关蛋白2(Skp2)是一种与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关的细胞因子。是F-box蛋白家族成员之一;Skp2是泛素连接酶复合物的底物识别蛋白,通过泛素蛋白酶体途径降解p27、p21、p130等多种细胞周期调节因子,在多数恶性肿瘤中表达增高。Skp2基因被认为是一种原癌基因,具有癌基因功能,在人类肿瘤的发生、发展和生物学特性及转归中发挥着不可忽视的作用,具有潜在的诊断和治疗价值。该文总结了Skp2在人类及妇科肿瘤发生发展机制中的调控作用及其基因治疗现状的研究进展。Human cancer is a disease of abnormal cell-cycle regulation. S-phasekinase-associated protein2 (Skp2) is a cytokine that is closely related to the genesis and development of cancer, and it is one of the members of F-box protein. Skp2 is substrate recognition protein of ubiquitin ligase complex, and it degrades p27, p21, p130 and other cell cycle regulators through ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. Overexpression of Skp2 is associated with a variety of human cancers. Skp2 gene is considered to be a proto-oncogene with oncogene function. It plays an essential role in human carcinogenesis, development and biological characteristics and prognosis, and it has potential diagnostic and therapeutic value. This paper summarized the regulating function of Skp2 in the genesis and development of human cancer and zvnecolo^ic cancer, as well as the research ororess of ene theraov.
