摘　　要：喹啉是一类重要的杂环化合物,在医药领域内具有广泛的应用。本文对近年来喹啉衍生物的抗肿瘤活性研究进行综述,旨在能为以喹啉为核心的结构改造以及其靶点的构效关系上提供一些帮助。Quinolines are an important class of heterocyclic alkaloids which are important synthetic targets for the pharmaceutical industry. In order to illustrate the further drug mechanisms and to find out the better lead compounds, the advances in the research on the anticancer activities of quinoline derivatives were reviewed.
