结直肠癌中CD147和CK20的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨结直肠癌组织中CD147和CK20的表达情况及其与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组化技术检测60例结直肠癌组织中CD147和CK20的表达情况。结果:CD147、CK20在结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率分别是86.7%、88.0%,CD147的表达可能与结直肠癌的淋巴结转移相关;CK20的表达可能与淋巴结转移和浸润程度相关。结论:结直肠癌组织中,CD147和CK20表达可能与结直肠癌的淋巴结转移相关,但二者无明显相关;联合检测结直肠癌组织中CD147和CK20的表达,可提高结直肠癌的病理诊断价值,对指导临床治疗及预后评估有重要意义。Objective：To investigate the expression of CD147 and CK20 in colorectal carcinoma and their correlation with clinicopathological features. Methods： method was used to detect the expression of CD147 and CK20 in 60 cases of colorectal carcinoma. Results：The expression rates of CD147 and CK20 were 86.7% ,88.0%, respectively. The CD147 expression was negatively correlated with CK20 expression. There was a possible relationship between CD147 expression and lymph node. The CK20 expression was related with lymph node and invasion depth. Conclusion：In coloreetal carcinoma,the expression of CD147 and CK20 was related with lymph node, but they are in a negative correlation. The examination of both these two factors together is useful for predicting the invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma, therefore, can be used as a significant marker to direct clinic therapy and estimation of prognosis.
