摘　　要：目的:报告5例卵巢硬化性间质瘤合并Meigs征及CA125升高的病例,分析其临床特点,为临床诊治提供依据。方法:对5例病例的临床表现、影像学、病理学等特点加以分析,并复习相关文献。结果:硬化性间质瘤合并Meigs征及CA125升高是一种极少见病例,腹水量与CA125水平正相关,与肿瘤大小无关。结论:硬化性间质瘤刺激腹膜导致腹膜产生腹水及分泌CA125可能是其合并Meigs征及CA125升高可能机制。Objective：To analyze the clinical features of Meigs＇syndrome with elevated serum CA125 levels in five cases of ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor. Methods： The chnical features of these five cases were analyzed and relative references were reviewed. Results： Sclerosing stromal tumor with Meigs syndrome and elevated CA125 is a rare condition. The volume of ascites is positively related with CA125 level and unrelated withtumor size. Conclusion： Peritoneum secretes more ascites and CA125 under the stimulation of sclerosin$ stromal tumor,which is probably the reason of Meigs^syndrome and elevated serum CA125 level.
