摘　　要：乏氧显像剂99mTc-HL91能选择性地浓集于肿瘤的乏氧组织或细胞中,通过核医学显像能直接提供肿瘤组织乏氧程度和分布,对肿瘤的鉴别诊断及治疗有重要意义。本文介绍了99mTc-HL91乏氧显像机制,阐述了其在肺部肿瘤中的应用研究进展,并对显像方法进行评价。^99mTc -HL91 is a hypoxia agent and it can be uptaken by hypoxia issues or ceils of malignant tumors. It may be able to provide the information directly in detection of hypoxia status of tumors through imaging, and it has vital significances to the tumor differential diagnosis and treatment. This paper introduces the ^99mTc - HL91 hypoxia imaging mechanism, its application in the lung tumor, and invalues the ^99mTc -HL91 hypoxia imaging methods.
