摘　　要：肿瘤血管生成是肿瘤生长和转移的关键,近年来以肿瘤血管生成为靶点的肿瘤血管生成抑制剂成为当前治疗大肠癌的研究热点,中医药在抗肿瘤血管生成方面的作用亦受到广泛的关注。中西医抗肿瘤血管生成已被证实对大肠癌具有可靠的治疗作用。Tumor angiogenesis is the key of tumor metastasis and growth. In recent years, tumor angiogenesis inhibitors with the target of tumor angiogenesis become the research hot spots for colorectal cancer, Chinese medicine on the role of tumor angiogenesis has been widespread concerned. Tumor angiogenesis of traditional Chinese and western medicine for colorectal cancer has reliable function.
