摘　　要：作为一种有效的科技研发平台和形式,产业技术研究院在推动产业可持续发展方面的显著成效不断得到全球认同,以产业技术研究院的方式推动印刷包装产业绿色发展、建构绿色印刷包装产业新形态是中国印刷包装产业界的战略尝试。作为凝聚业内外共识的载体,北京绿色印刷包装产业技术研究院创建以来的创新实践富有特色,在集聚产业要素、以科技创新引领产业转型升级方面充分发挥了技术研究院的复合功能,取得了优良的建设效应,绿色研究院的网络式布局使印刷包装产业的未来发展充满希望。Industrial Technology Research Institute promotes sustainable industrial development as an effective science and technology R ＆ D platform and form, the remarkable results continue to be globally recognized, the manner of the Industrial Technology Research Institute to promote green development of the printing and packaging industry, construction of green printing and packaging industry is a new form of strategic attempt on printing and packaging industry in China. Beijing green printing and Paekaging industry technology Research Institute as the carrier of condensation inside and outside theindustry consensus, as the creation of innovative practice unique in the agglomeration of industrial element, and scientific and technological innovation lead to industrial transformation and upgrade fully play a composite function of the Institute of Technology, achieve excellent construction effects. The prospects for the development of the Institute of industrial development is hopeful.
