摘　　要：继发青光眼是穿透性角膜移植术后的严重并发症之一。其发生率较高的原因与大泡性角膜病变、术前存在青光眼、角膜溃疡、粘连性角膜白斑、眼机械性外伤和烧伤、联合白内障或玻璃体切除术等因素有关。常常是多种机制共同作用的结果，包括房角关闭、手术技术因素、术后糖皮质激素使用、原有青光眼等。诊断主要依靠眼压测定。治疗方法包括降眼压药物治疗和手术治疗，后者根据具体情况可选择小梁切除术、青光眼引流阀植入术、睫状体光凝术、睫状体冷凝术等。Many complications may occur after penetrating keratoplasty. Secondary glaucoma is one of the most serious complications mainly because of its high incidence and sever consequences. The causes of high incidence include bullous keratopathy, preoperative glaucoma, corneal ulcers, adhesions leucoma, eye injuries and burns, cataract or vitrectomy surgery. Secondary glaucoma after penetrating keratoplasty is often the result of the combined effects of various mechanisms including angle closure, operative factors, postoperative glucocorticoid eye drops and a pre-existing glaucoma. Diagnostic methods rely on the determination of intraocular pressure. The treatments include ocular hypotensive drug therapy and surgery including trabeculectomy, glaucoma drainage valve implantation, cyclophotocoagulation surgery or cyclocryopexy.
