摘  要:教学技能是教师传输教学信息、完成教学任务的基本保证,是促进学生成长、提高教师教学质量的重要手段。微格教学技能训练是提高师范生教学能力和素质的重要途径,是新课改和素质教育提出的重要要求,也是提升师范生就业竞争力的重要渠道。从目前微格教学训练中存在的不足出发,介绍学习共同体应用的优势,并通过学习共同体应用所带来的优势,对微格教学训练策略与模式提出一些建议与对策。Teaching skills is the basic guarantee for teachers to transfer teaching information and complete the task of teaching. It is also an important means to affect the quality of teaching and promote student progress. Microteaching skills training is an important way to improve the capacity and quality of the Students" teaching. It is the important requirements of the new curriculum and the quality of education and an important channel to enhance the competitiveness of normal gradu- ates. Analyzes the disadvantages of the microteaching training nowadays and introduces the su- periority of learning community applications, puts forward some suggestions on design of strategy and Models for the microteaching training based on learning community.
