摘 要:目的探讨MTA与Vitapex用于根尖诱导成形术的疗效。方法选择34颗患有牙髓炎、牙髓坏死、急慢性根尖周炎的恒牙,随机分为两组:MTA组和Vitapex组,MTA组16例,Vitapex组18例,治疗3个月后比较其效果。结果 3个月后MTA组成功率达93.12%;Vitapex组为83.33%,经x2检验两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MTA有良好的生物相容性,能够更有效的诱导牙根组织的形成,在根尖诱导成形术中效果明显优于Vitapex。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of MTA and Vitapex used for apexification. Methods Thirty-four permanent teeth with pu~,pitis,pulp necrosis and acute and chronic periapieal periodontitis were randomly divided into the MTA group with 16 teeth and the Vitapex group with 18 teeth. The efficacy was compared after 3 months of treatment. Results After three months,the MTA group reached a success rate of 93.12% and the Vitapex group 83.33%;the x2 test showed statistically significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion MTA has good biocompatibility,is more effective in inducing the tooth root formation and shows significantly better efficacy than Vitapex in apexification
