摘　　要：随着中俄关系日趋紧密,两国经贸合作从形式到内容有了很大进步,但"政热经冷"现象没发生本质变化。文化认同与接纳是影响中俄合作进一步深化的重要因素。加强中俄文化合作,必须扩大文化交流的主体结构,巩固中俄友好的社会基础;积极开发文化精品,打造民族品牌;大力提高人民群众的文化素质。Along with the increasingly close relations between China and Russia, the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries has made great progress from form to content, but the phenomenon of cold politics and hot economy has not been changed radically. Cultural identity and acceptance are the important factors to influence the further cooperation between China and Russia. Strengthening Sino - Russia cultural cooperation must expand the main body of cultural exchanges, and consolidate the social foundation of bilateral friendly relations. Culture high - quality goods are developed positively and national brands are created. The people＇s cultural quality is improved.
