摘  要:在传统法学经济法教学基础上进行的经管类经济法教学,已不适应社会对应用型复合型高级专门人才的需求,必须进行反思与重构。应立足于应用型人才培养目标,奉行能力本位教育理念,重视心理契约,遵循动态人本构建路径,以提升教师素质与魅力为保障。因材施教,深入推进实践育人,培育学生的主体地位,突破当前基于应用型人才培养的经管类经济法教学中存在的亟待解决的瓶颈,使本科经管类经济法课堂教学符合教学规律,契合社会发展,实现经管类经济法教学目标和人才培养目标。The economic law teaching of economic and management majors based on the traditional economic law teaching is no longer suited to the social requirement for the application-oriented and compound high-level expertise.It must be reflected on and reconstructed.It must stick to the goal of application-oriented talent cultivation,pursue the concept of competency-based education,attach importance to the psychological contract,comply with the dynamic and humane construction and take the improvement of teachers' quality and charm as the guarantee.We should teach students in accordance with their aptitude,further promote the practice of educating people,cultivate students' subject status,to solve the bottleneck in the current economic law teaching of economics and management based on applied talents training,and to make undergraduate economic law of economic and management classroom instruction follow the teaching law,coincide with the social development,and realize the economic law teaching objectives and personnel training objectives.
