摘  要:采用常规热压法对再生木纤维制备纤维板相关工艺进行了试验,并讨论了各因素对板性能的影响。结果表明:利用一次再生木纤维和二次再生木纤维制造纤维板在工艺上是可行的,在试验参数范围内,施胶量对各项性能指标均影响显著,一次再生木纤维所制板的各项性能均优于二次再生木纤维所制板材。The technique experiment of regenerated fiberboard was completed with regenerated fiber by gen- eral hot-pressing method, and the effect of each experimental factor on the performance of the board was ana- lyzed based on test results. The results indicate that it is technically feasible to make fiberboard from the primary and secondary regenerated fiber; the glue content has significant effect on the board performance within range of experimental parameters, and the board performance made from the primary regenerated fiber is better than that of made from the secondary regenerated fiber with the same technology parameter.
