摘　　要：本文简要回顾了直肠癌手术要点,阐述了直肠癌微创手术的各种方式,及直肠癌微创手术的发展。直肠癌开放手术仍然是目前的标准,微创手术方式虽有缺陷有待提高,但可成为未来的手术方式之一。The key points of minimal invasive surgel3, in treating rectal cancer were reviewed in this article. Options of minimal invasive surgical procedures were listed. The development of minimal invasive surgery for rectal cancer was also discussed. Nowadays, open surgery for rectal cancer is still the standard procedure. Although minimal invasive surgel7 has defects, it still could be one of the standard procedures in the future.
