摘　　要：目的探讨肝左叶悬吊法在腹腔镜胃手术中对肝下显露的价值。方法分析2012年5月至2012年12月采用肝左叶悬吊法显露肝下的腹腔镜胃手术录像59例,观察完成悬吊的时间,肝下显露情况,悬吊并发症及肝左叶包膜下血肿的发生情况。结果 59例腹腔镜胃手术患者完成肝左叶悬吊用时(3.00±1.62)min,无出血,肝下显露良好,无悬吊并发症及肝包膜下血肿发生。结论肝左叶悬吊法肝下显露好,操作简单,可安全地用于腹腔镜胃手术。Objective To evaluate the value of suspension of the left liver lobe in laparoscopic gaslreclomy. Methods Videos of 59 patients who had undergone laparoscopic gastrectomy using the lechnique of suspension of the left liver lobe from May 2012 to December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. The time required to lift the left liver lobe, the view under the liver, the complication due to lifting the left liver lobe and the ratio of liver subcapsular hematoma were evaluated. Results The operative time of the suspension of the left liver lobe was （3.00 ± 1.62） minutes. The view under the liver was satisfactory. There was no complicalion of lifting the left liver lobe and liver subcapsular hematoma. Conclusion The suspension of the left liver lobe is simple and safe in laparoscopic gastrectomy. It could provide a satisfaetory view under lhe liver in laparoscopic gastrectomy.
