摘　　要：目的磷脂爬行酶1(phospholipid scramblase 1,PLSCR1)是一种Ca2+结合的Ⅱ型膜蛋白。最初认为PLSCR1的主要功能是参与在细胞激活、损伤或者凋亡过程中发生的膜磷脂重新分布。近来发现,PLSCRl的生物学功能并不局限于细胞膜磷脂跨膜活动,PLSCR1可能参与细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡过程,并在信号转导以及肿瘤发生和进展过程中发挥重要作用。Phospholipid scramblase 1 （PLSCR1） is a calcium-binding, muhiple-palmitoylated type lI endofacial plasma membrane protein. Initial studies revealed that PLSCR1 participates in the transbilayer movement of phospholipids. Recent studies showed that PLSCR1 could contribute to cell signaling pathways. More and more studies propose that PLSCR1 not only plays an important role in cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, but also contributes to the pathogenesis and progression of cancers.
