摘　　要：针对差动缸两腔流量不相等问题,设计了两种定量泵变转速控制差动缸系统,分别通过电磁换向阀和新配流定量泵补偿控制差动缸两腔流量。利用Matlab/Simulink软件进行了建模仿真,比较分析了差动缸的两腔压力特性、输出特性以及系统消耗功率特性,仿真结果对其进一步试验与应用研究具有一定的指导意义。Aim at the unequal flow of differential cylinder, two variable speed pump control differential cylinder system is designed. By electromagnetic direction valve and novel distributed flow fix displacement pump respectively, the unequal flow is compensation controlled. The system simulation models are established by Matlab/Simulink. Pressure and output characteristics of differential cylinder and power consumption of systems are comparative analysised. The simulation results has a certain significance for experimental and applicable research.
