BAG-1蛋白和热休克蛋白70在甲状腺肿瘤中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究BAG-1、热休克蛋白70(HSP70)在甲状腺肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测BAG-1和HSP70在甲状腺乳头状癌、甲状腺腺瘤及正常甲状腺组织中的表达,并分析2种蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达与临床特征的相关性。结果 BAG-1在甲状腺乳头状癌中的阳性表达高于甲状腺腺瘤组织和正常甲状腺组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。HSP70在甲状腺乳头状癌组、甲状腺腺瘤组及正常甲状腺组中的阳性表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而各组中强阳性率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BAG-1在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达与患者的年龄、肿瘤大小、有无淋巴结转移无明显相关性(P>0.05);与是否绝经相关(P<0.05)。HSP70与各病理参数均不相关(P>0.05)。甲状腺乳头状癌中BAG-1和HSP70表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论BAG-1蛋白及HSP70在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中过表达可能与甲状腺乳头状癌的发生、发展有关。Objective To explore the expressions of Bcl-2-associated athanogene 1 （ BAG-1 ） and heat shock proteins 70 （HSP70） in thyroid neoplasm and their clinical significance. Methods The expressions of BAG-1 and HSPT0 in specimen of papillary thyroid carcinoma （ PTC ） , thyroid adenomas and normal thyroid tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry method and the correlation between the expressions of the two protein and the clinical feature was analysed. Results The ex- pression of BAG-1 in PTC was significantly higher than those in normal thyroid tissues and thyroid adenomas（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Statisti- cal significance could not be found among the three groups for HSPT0（ P 〉 0.05 ）, but the difference of high level expression of HSP70 among the three groups was statistically significant（P 〈0.05 ）. The expressions of BAG-1 and HSP70 in PTC were incor- relate with the age,the size of tumor and lymph node metastasis（P 〉 0.05 ） ,but the expression of BAG-1 in PTC was correlated with menopause（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expressions of BAG-1 and HSP70 in PTC had positive correlation（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The high expression of BAG-1 and HSP70 in PTC may be associated with the pathogenesis and development of PTC.
