摘  要:教师岗位聘期考核是当前岗位设置改革中的重要议题,聘期考核工作关系着岗位设置改革的成功与否。为完善我国高校教师岗位聘期考核工作,应当坚持公开、公正、公平、尊重合同管理、适度激励及灵活性的原则,注重考核主体与对象、内容与方法,在考核中加大宣传力度和组织文化建设、加强考核指标的科学设计、加强聘任制合同管理,以及形成多层次的参与监督机制。Evaluation of teachers during employment period, a hot topic in post setting reform, is a subject of great importance both theoretically and practically. To launch and implement the evaluation practice smoothly is crucial to the success of post setting reform. The improvement of teacher evaluation in institutions of higher education could be achieved by adhering to a principle of transparency, equality, fairness, respect for management according to contract, appropriate incentives and flexibility, paying atten- tion to evaluation subject and object, content and method, increasing publicity during e- valuation, promoting construction of organizational culture, designing evaluation indica- tors in a scientific manner, strengthening management on employment contract, and forming a multi-level supervision mechanism.
