摘　　要：目前构件技术是软件重组中的一个重要技术,通过构件重组,使软件体系结构的团体特征发生改变,更能满足客户的不同需求。提出一种主要针对JavaBean构件,利用多Agent技术,构建一个高效率团队的方法及评价其效率的规则。The component technology is an important technology of the software reuse, association characteristics is changed when component reorganization, it can be better meet customer needs. IMainly aimming at JavaBean, makes use of Agent technology, sets a high-efficiency group and the rule to appraise.
