摘　　要：基于心音-心力关系的运动员心功能无创性检测方法,选用相对值法新指标,包括S1/S2比值和D/S比值等。采用基于心音-心力关系的运动员心功能评价指标,可以为高水平体育后备人才选拔、高水平运动员常规训练、比赛安排、高负荷运动后心力评估提供参考指标,具有无创、简便、低代价、可重复地量化测评心脏功能的优点。Noninvasive detection method of athlete cardiac function which is based on the relationship between the heart sound and cardiac reserve is a new technique which applies the relative value method to assess the heart state, including two indicators ： S1/S2 ratio and D / S ratio. Athlete cardiac function evaluation index which is based on the relationship between the heart sound and heart strength has important value and significance in assessing the level of athletes＇ cardiac function. It provides objective and quantitative reference indicators to select athletes, arrange training, arrange competition, assess heart strength after high - intensity training and assess physique of general people. It also has the advantages that are non - invasive, simple and lowcost and it can repeatedly quantitatively evaluate cardiac function.
