摘  要:经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤(cHL)占霍奇金淋巴瘤(HL)的95%以上并有着相当独特的病理特征,其恶性成分霍奇金-里斯细胞(H/RS细胞)只占肿瘤组织的极少部分,存在于大量浸润性炎性细胞构成的微环境中。cHL组织学亚型及临床特征与不同的微环境相关,细胞因子/趋化因子与肿瘤细胞的的交互作用维持了肿瘤赖以生存的特殊微环境。通过分析探讨cHL不同亚型的微环境特点、参与微环境的细胞因子/趋化因子种类及在cHL生存、抗凋亡和免疫抑制中的重要作用,指出针对细胞因子/趋化因子为靶点的治疗可能成为今后生物治疗策略之一。Classical Hodgkin's lymphoma (cHL) accounts for more than 95% of Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL) and there is an unique pathological feature that malignant components- Hodgkin/Reed- Sternberg (H/RS) cells, which take a small part of the tumor tissue, survive in the mieroenviroment composed of a large number of the infiltrated inflammatory cells. The clinical and pathological features of cHL are correlated with the special microenvironment, in which the interaction between H/ RS cells and the reactive inflammatory ceils is due to the production of a variety of cytokines and chemokines. This article summarizes the different characteristics of subtypes of cHL, the cytokines and chemokines involved in the complex interactions between the H/RS cells and their tissue microenvironment, the updated information that the aberrant cytokines production contribute not only to the proliferation and antiapoptosis of H/RS cells but also the immunosuppression on the body immune system. This review indicates the development of newer therapeutic strategies aimed at targeting the non-malignant inflammatory/imnune cellular components could be one of the prospective therapeutic methods.
