摘  要:为了分析跆拳道后踢技术的肌肉用力特征,以国家队12名优秀男子跆拳道运动员为测试对象,通过芬兰产16导遥测肌电仪(Megawin6000-16)对其进行测试,以后踢动作右腿踢为技术依据,研究选取了3组肌肉,结果显示:1)左臀大肌、右腓肠肌外侧头、右股二头肌及阔筋膜张肌等放电量最大,并且表现出极大地动员能力;2)右胫骨前肌、右股二头肌及左臀大肌不仅在肌电值上表现出较大的特征,且放电最早,持续时间也较长,对整个动作的完成至关重要;3)在动作的转体、折叠蓄势及伸膝踢击阶段,左臀大肌、右腓肠肌及右胫骨前肌放电明显,在收腿还原阶段,胫骨前肌、阔筋膜张肌及右股二头肌等放电明显。In this study, 12 elite teakwondo athletes of national team were investigated, by using the Megawin6000 telemetry system, according to the features of right leg kicking for backward kicking, three groups muscles were selected. The results showed that : 1 ) The left gluteus maximus, the right lateral head of gastrocnemius muscle, the right femoral head two muscle and tensor fascia lata showed great mobilization ability; 2) The right tibialis an- terior muscle, the right femoral head two and left gluteus maximum muscle not only showed more iEMG value more, and displayed the earliest, longer duration, the completion of an action is crucial; 3) Movements in the twisting, folding ready and knee kick stage, left gluteus maximum, right gastrocnemius and tibialis anterior muscle discharge iEMG obviously, in collecting leg reduction phase, the tibialis anterior muscle, the tensor fascia lata and right femoral two head of the muscle discharge obviously.
