摘　　要：苹果渣是一种常见的果渣类非常规饲料,对缓解奶牛业饲料资源供应紧张有着重要意义。本文对苹果渣在奶牛养殖中的应用效果及其注意事项进行了综述,为其在奶牛日粮中的应用提供参考。Apple Pomace plays an important role in dairy diets according to the increasingly tight supply of feed. This review focuses on the application and the additional precautions of Apple pomace utilized normally in dairy diets and provide a theoretical basis for reasonable application ofpomace in dairy diets.
