摘　　要：铁路公房租赁管理系统是一项针对铁路公房租赁业务的办公自动化管理平台。该系统采用B/S架构,以JSP为开发工具。开发中运用了访问控制、数据效验、信息安全等技术,以公房租赁流程为依据实现了租房职工、租房职工管理部门、房屋管理部门和财务部门之间的自动交互。本文介绍该系统开发过程,目前,该系统已经在广州铁路(集团)公司石长铁路有限责任公司管内实施,对公房租赁各相关管理部门进行租房业务的管理起到了很好的帮助作用。Railway Public Housing Rental Management System was an OAS platform for railway public housing rental business. The System used B/S architecture, using JSP as a development tool. In its development, it used access control, data validation, information security technology etc, based on public houses leasing process to implement the automatic interaction between housing workers, staff management department, housing management department and finance department. This paper introduced the process of system development. At present, the System has been implemented in Shichang Railway Company of Guangzhou Railway（Group） Corporation, and it contributed a lot to the rental business management of the various departments of public houses leasing.
