摘　　要：工业革命以来的科技迅猛发展,使生产力水平得到了极大的提高,今天全球有一半以上的人口生活在城市中,为了获取更加舒适生活状况,在现代化科学技术的支持下,城市建设与环境保护之间的博弈被演绎到了巅峰时代。科学技术这把双刃剑,在当代城市建设中对生态环境的负面影响远远超出了正面的影响。生态化建设是21世纪城市发展的主导方向,用辩证唯物主义的哲学观、科学发展观来协调科学技术发展与生态伦理在城市规划建设中的关系,是使城市生生不息地为人类服务的重要命题。In the river of history, human beings have undergone a long process from holding awe and reverence for nature, to adapting to nature, and then to transforming nature and developing in harmony with nature. During this process, in order to seek an ideal living environment, human beings created city. City is the trace of activities between human life and nature, which is largely an artificial environment expressing the human will and cultural ideal. Since the industrial revolution, with the rapid development of science and technology, the productivity level has been greatly improved, and nowadays, more than half of the world population lives in cities. In order to obtain more comfortable living conditions, with the support of modern science and technology, the game between urban construction and environmental protection has evolved to the peak times. Science and technology is a double - edged sword. In contemporary urban construction, its negative impact on ecological environment far outweighs the positive influence. The ecological construction is the leading direction of the city development in the 21st century. It is an important proposition to coordinate the relationship between the development of science and technology and ecological ethics in urban planning and construction by taking advantage of dialectical materialism philosophy and scientific development so as to make the city serve human being perpetually.
