老年结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻48例外科治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年结肠癌并发肠梗阻患者的外科治疗情况。方法对我院48例老年结肠癌并发肠梗阻患者进行急诊或限期手术治疗。结果 48例患者中46例做切除吻合,发生吻合口瘘2例(4.3%),急诊手术组围手术期死亡率为(4.2%),限期手术组围手术期死亡率为(2.1%)。结论对老年结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的处理需根据老年患者的具体情况决定手术方式,选择正确的手术时机和手术方式能获得良好的治疗效果,同时重视围手术期处理。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of surgical treatment for colon cancer complicated with acute obstruction in 48 elder patients. Methods 48 geriatrics with colon cancer complicated with acute obstruction were underwent Surgical emergency or limited operation reatment. Results In the whole group, there was an incidence of 4. 3% anastomotic leak. The death rate of perioperation of the emergency operation group was 4. 2% , the death rate optive operation group was 2. 1%. Conclusion Correct opportunity and rational methods of operation are acceptable giving relatively satisfactory results. A reasonable treatment should be chosed for the operation and the attention is required for perioperative anagement.
