摘 要:吸附等温方程中的吸附参数α值能反映纤维素酶制剂中酶与纤维结合的有效酶蛋白的分数 ,吸附参数 m、K1和 K2 则表明了纤维吸附纤维素酶的能力和饱和程度 ,利用吸附参数 m、K1和 K2 ,能分别估算出纤维吸附酶的其它特性参数和吸附平衡常数。结果表明 ,SF纤维素酶的平均 α值约为 0 .4 3,棉、粘胶和亚麻的吸附参数值有很大差异。The paper has studied the adsorption parameters of cellulase to cellulose fibers in bio finishing by using the adsorption equilibrium equation which was derived based on the solid-liquid adsorption equilibrium of heterogeneous system. The adsorption parameter a can represent the fraction of the total protein of the cellulase preparation thatwill bind to cellulose fibers,and the adsorption parameters m,K 1 and K 2 refer to the maximum binding capacity and the saturation for cellulase and cellulose fibers. From their adsorption parameters,the specific constants of cellulose fibers and the adsorption equilibrium constants can be calculated. It was determined that the a value of SF enzyme is about 0. 43 and the adsorption parameters of cotton,viscose rayon and linen are different respectively.
