摘 要:针对马钢一钢轧2#镀锌线,研究镀后工艺对镀锌板表面质量的影响,探讨镀锌板镀后条状缺陷产生的原因,并提出相应的改进措施。结果表明:连续线状或条状缺陷主要系支撑辊在光整过程中印于轧件上或拉矫过程中在轧件上积累的锌粒形成;通过调整相应的工艺参数、采取镀锌板1次连续生产不超过500 t、提高工作辊和支撑辊的辊面硬度及镀锌基板的质量、固化生产工艺和调整光整液等技术措施,可基本消除条状缺陷。In accordance with No.2 galvanizing line of Magang No. 1 steel, effect of post-coating process on surface quality of galvanized sheet was studied, causes of galvanized sheet strip defects after coating were explored, and the corresponding improvement measurements were presented. The results show that the continuous linear or narrow stripy defects mainly result from the interaction of the backup roll and the roiled piece, or from the line of pilferage which is from accumulated zinc particle on the face of rolled piece in the finishing or withdrawing-straightening process Through the adjustment of relevant parameters, the continuous production of galvanized sheet less than 500 t at one time, the improvement of the roller surface hardness of working roll and back-up roll and the quality of galvanized substrate, and the solidification of the manufacturing technique and the finishing liquid and so on, the stripy defects can be eliminated.
