摘　　要：目的自体肿瘤浸润性淋巴细胞(TIL)合并凝血酶治疗恶性血性胸腔积液疗效观察。方法对6例恶性血性胸腔积液患者,行胸腔积液闭式引流后,凝血酶胸腔灌注合并胸腔积液TIL体外扩增后并自体回输,观察近期疗效。结果 6例患者胸腔积液均获部分缓解,均无明显不良反应,生活质量均得到改善。结论自体TIL细胞合并凝血酶治疗恶性血性胸腔积液有良好的临床大规模应用研究价值。Objective To study the clinical effects of self tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes （TIL） combined with thrombin on malignant hemopleural effusion. Methods Six patients suffering from malignant hemopleural effusion after thoracic close drainage were treated with thrombin intrathoratic injection, and self-transfusion of TIL after amplification in vit- ro. The immediate effects were observed. Results All the 6 patients were of part remission （PR） on malignant hemo- pleural effusion, no obvious adverse reactions were observed, and the quality of life was improved. Conclusion The immunotherapy with self TIL combined with thrombin has good value to make a large scale of clinical application re- search on malignant hemopleural effusion.
