中小企业家社会资本、自主创新能力与企业绩效——来自陕西省中小企业的经验研究

摘　　要：本文将自主创新能力纳入企业家社会资本与企业绩效的微观—宏观效应框架中,构建了其测度指标,运用四阶段计量模型,以陕西省中小企业的问卷调查数据验证了自主创新能力的中介效应。研究发现:中小企业家制度社会资本对企业绩效的提升作用有限;商业社会资本与技术社会资本均对企业绩效具有显著的正向影响;自主创新能力在中小企业家制度社会资本与企业绩效的关系中具有完全中介效应,在商业社会资本、技术社会资本与企业绩效的关系中具有部分中介效应。The paper puts independent innovation capabilities into micro-macro effect framework, takes four-stage measurement model and tests intermediary effect of independent innovation capabilities by questionnaire data of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi Province. The study found that ： firstly, the effect of system social capital to enterprises＇ performance is limited. Secondly, business so- cial capital and technology social capital both have significant positive influence on enterprises＇ performance. Thirdly, independent inno- vation capabilities have total intermediary effect to the relationship between system social capital and enterprises＇ performance, and have partial intermediary effect to business social capital and technology social capital.
