综合疗法辅助治疗难治性癫痫的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨抗癫痫药物辅以综合疗法治疗难治性癫痫的疗效及其对脑电图的改善作用。方法:选取我院收治的难治性癫痫患者136例,随机分两组,治疗组应用川芎嗪、低分子右旋糖酐、能量合剂共15d,治疗开始前1周加用小剂量甘露醇,同时调整、换用或加用适当的抗癫痫药治疗1个月;对照组72例,5%葡萄糖静脉点滴持续15d做空白对照,调整、换用或加用适当的抗癫痫药治疗1个月。比较两组治疗前后1个月内每天发作次数的差异,及治疗前后两组脑电图背景波的量化研究。结果:治疗组治疗后癫痫发作频率较对照组明显降低,且脑电图背景波慢波较对照组明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:川芎嗪、低分子右旋糖酐、能量合剂等联合抗癫痫药治疗难治性癫痫疗效确实,是改善难治性癫痫的有效治疗方案。Objective. To study the curative effect of antiepileptic drugs combined with comprehen- sive therapy on intractable epilepsy and on electroencephalogram （EEG）. Methods： A total of 136 cases with intractable epilepsy admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to April 2012 were randomly divided into trial group and control group. Patients in the trial group were treated with ligustrazine, low molecular dextran, energy mixture for 15 d. Small dose of mannitol was given 1 week before treatment, at the same time, antiepileptic drug therapy was adjusted, changed or added properly for a month. In the control group, patients were treated with 5% glucose i. d. for 15 d as blank control, antiepileptic drug therapy was adjusted, changed or added properly for a month. Seizure frequency before and after treatment, andquantitative changes of EEG background wave were observed. Results. Compared with the control group, the seizure frequency of treatment group was significantly reduced （P〈0.05）, and EEG background slow wave also decreased significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusions. Comprehensive therapy with ligustrazine, low molecular dextran and energy mixture allied with antiepileptic drug is an effective therapeutic treatment for refractory epilepsy.
